Account Deletion
At LinguChat, users have full control over their account and personal data. This page explains how users can request deletion of their LinguChat account and associated data.
This page is intended for users of the LinguChat mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Steps
You can request deletion of your LinguChat account directly from the mobile application. Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed according to our data deletion and retention policy.
If you are unable to log in to your LinguChat account or cannot access the mobile application, you can request account deletion by contacting us. Please include enough information to help us identify your account, such as the email address associated with your LinguChat account.
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.
